1) Administrative assistant at the office (student work)

Job description, responsibilities:

As an administrative assistant, you are responsible for a variety of clerical and organizational tasks necessary to keep business running in an efficient, organized way. Your duties may include:

  • answering telephone, email, and social media inquiries and directing them to other employees when appropriate
  • typing, editing and proofreading workplace documents, including letters, reports and social media posts using correct grammar and spelling
  • processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • praparing and packing shipments
  • greeting visitors to workplace
  • creating and maintaining computer records
  • maintaining paper files
  • monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as required
  • performing basic bookkeeping duties, issuing invoices
  • booking meetings, seminars, and conferences, and organizing catering for them
  • taking minutes during business meetings
  • scheduling/coordinating appointments 
  • preparing presentation materials
  • monitoring and recording expenditures
  • helping sales personel with various tasks
  • booking flights and hotel rooms for employees.

Required and desired skills and experience:

  • technical literacy and knowledge of computer tools MS Word, Excel and Outlook,
  • knowledgeable in accounting/office bookkeeping software,
  • fluent knowledge of English, preferably also German and Croatian / Serbian,
  • written and oral communication skills – for speaking to other staff members and visitors, and compose letters, emails, and social media posts using correct grammar and spelling
  • organization and time management skills
  • communicativeness, accuracy, speed and reliability.


2) System architect

Job description

Plan and deploy IT security solutions for information systems and networks. Perform installation, system integration and configuration of security solutions. Develop appropriate software tools. Monitor trends in the field of IT security, working with technology partners, advise customers in selecting the appropriate security solutions, and occasionally also to educate.

Required and desired skills and experience

Strong ambition for work in the field of IT security. More important than the current technical knowledge is ability to learn and ability to work in a team. Preference is given to candidates who are good in/with:

  • system architecture and security solutions design,
  • production of technical and project documentation,
  • computer networks,
  • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates,
  • digital signature, cryptography,
  • Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
  • smart cards, USB keys and cards and credential management systems (CMS),
  • one-time passwords (OTP) systems,
  • identity management and access (IAM) solutions,
  • system administration on Windows, Linux, Mac,
  • programming/SW development,
  • communication in English, knowledge of German is an additional advantage,
  • project management,
  • IT security policies.
